Introduction to Outputs Data at Splash

1. What is Outputs Data:

What we do: What work has been done (type, brand, details)?

Where we do it: Where has it been done (campus/site)?

When we do it: When was it completed?

System where we record the Splash Activities: Salesforce.

6. Who updates Outputs Data in Salesforce?

To know if you or your team members are required to enter program data directly into Salesforce, please refer to the latest Splash Data RACI, section related to Salesforce data fields.

The Data RACI documents the following roles and responsibilities for the Ethiopia and India teams :

Responsible: This team member does the work to complete the task.

Accountable: This person delegates work and is the last one to review the task or deliverable before it’s deemed complete. On some tasks, the Responsible party may also serve as the Accountable one.

Consulted: Every deliverable is strengthened by review and consultation from more than one team member. Consulted parties are typically the people who provide input based on either how it will impact their future project work or their domain of expertise on the deliverable itself.

Informed: These team members simply need to be kept in the loop on project progress, rather than roped into the details of every deliverable.

If you think any changes should be made in the Data RACI document for Salesforce, please contact the MLE team member at your location. The Data RACI can only be updated by a member of the MLE team.
