WHAT THE STANDARD IS:

Partnerships are a critical component of Splash’s strategy and are key to our ability to deliver quality projects that can be transitioned to local ownership and sustainable models.  Partners include other non-profits, for-profits, and government entities.  The scope of each partnership may include one or many of the following: funding, program design, program implementation, maintenance and support, and replication of our model in other geographies or types of sites (examples of this include BRAC in Bangladesh and Miracle Foundation in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai).

All partnerships require, at a minimum, the approval of the department Director (for example, partnerships within a specific country require the approval of the Director of Programs).  In many cases, partnerships will be approved by the Splash global management team.
