What the standard is (for Ethiopia, India, and Nepal): 

• Pre-implementation data is collected by MLE team at each site between 15-30 days prior to intervention.
  • Note: MOUs should be signed prior to collection of pre-implementation data.
• Post-implementation data is collected by MLE team 15-30 days after intervention.
• Thereafter, all sites receive routine monitoring visits twice per school year on a rolling basis (see section on Routine Monitoring).
• The Splash MLE team is responsible for establishing and managing data collection timelines and processes.
• Any exceptions to these standards must be approved by Splash's Global MLE Manager.
